My Oakland container has no demurrage or exam holds, but is showing a $30 fee and is unable to move. What is this fee?

The fee you are seeing is for OICT and it is a terminal gate fee. This is an accessorial terminal charge and must be paid directly to the terminal by the customer. Once it is paid, an appointment will be scheduled for the container to move. To pay fee, contact the terminal 888-898-5893, Option 2.
